Condo and Home Owner Association Management

We understand that each residents' association requires an individual approach to the management of their property.

Our flexible approach to managing a residential property means that we can take care of all the management, maintenance, cleaning and accounting for each property.

Our dedicated personnel have over two decades of excellent residential property management. We are now delighted to extend this expertise to the Metro-wide residential property marketplace.

For residents' associations, this includes the upkeep of communal areas through regular maintenance and repair programs, provision of secretarial duties, production of professional accounts and collection of fees for associations.

In addition to the communal area services that we can provide as part of our management fee, we are also able to offer the expertise of our maintenance, cleaning, interior design and trades personnel to individual residents. These services are available, at an additional cost, to tenants and may include anything from interior design, decorating, carpentry, electrical and mechanical works, to daily cleaning of your individual home.
