    This class normally is interactive and can be designed as a workshop whereby students bring in interior and exterior pictures (including yard shots) and a list of questions pertaining to their house or any house in general. The mission of this class is to have each participant leave with an action plan, i.e. to-do items and time frame, to prepare their house to sell for the maximum price.
